3PLogistiikka's new warehouse located in Sipoo, near the capital of Helsinki, is nearing completion. The doors will open for operational use in January 2025.

Minimizing the environmental impact

With multiple energy efficient solutions, the property will be classified in the A energy class according to the EU taxonomy. An environmental standard of BREEAM Excellent level is also applied for the property. Thanks to intelligent reporting technology, 3PL will enable e.g. customer-specific sustainability and emissions reporting.

Agile warehouse management with Ongoing system

At the core of efficient warehouse logistics production is a functional and open warehouse management system. The Ongoing WMS used by the 3PL is a cloud-based software that offers one of the most acclaimed user interfaces on the market and advanced reporting. Ongoing's open interface and direct plug & play integrations enable connectivity to customer software from e-commerce platforms (CMS) to enterprise resource planning systems (ERP).

Optimal location

The logistics center is located near the capital region, in the Sipoon Bastukärr logistics area. The proximity to the E75 highway offers fast connections to central Finland as well as to the Helsinki region, where the most important freight traffic centers are within a maximum radius of 30 minutes. Whether you're importing or exporting - your product will make its way from us to your customer in a few days.
